Greetings from snowy Park City!

Whenever I return from travels, whether near or far, I feel grateful to call Park City home. Traveling to Big Sky and Yellowstone Club in Montana last month made me appreciate the vibrancy and sense of community that Park City offers. A couple days in the wilds (Montage Big Sky wasn’t exactly roughing it) reinforced the value of all the conveniences and amenities we take for granted in Park City. We can choose to mingle with the crowds of Sundance on Main Street, or we can go a couple blocks away and snowshoe or Nordic ski on nearly deserted trails.

Folks who spend a lot of time in Park City and Deer Valley learn the rhythm of the town. We know which lift may be deserted when others are crowded and where to duck through the trees for a few turns in fresh snow. As real estate agents we are eager to help our clients find their place in the community and find satisfaction whether through recreation, cultural pursuits or enriching themselves and the community through philanthropy. We love our work and are eager to share.

Gathering with Colleagues in Montana

We were invited to participate in a wonderful event in January by our affiliates, Big Sky Sotheby’s International Realty. With nearly 150 colleagues from across the country and globe, including many other ski resort markets, we enjoyed skiing, viewing and learning about real estate offerings, (including Montage Big Sky, The One & Only Moonlight Basin, Yellowstone Club, and Spanish Peaks.) Spending time meeting colleagues associates in these settings is so valuable for us.

Not only have we made new friends, but cemented other relationships as we hone our ability to have colleagues in all markets who we can call on and work with to keep informed, and best help our clients in any market – whether buying or selling.


Deer Valley hosted an open house to field questions about the future development of Snow Park. The resort’s plan involves building a new village with hotel rooms and commercial space on the parking lots adjacent to the base. Read More HERE
