MEET THE REST OF THE TEAM

LIZA STORY

Liza Story, a licensed realtor with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, is considered by her clients and friends THE Park City ambassador. Growing up in the mountains where skis become the style of shoes you’re wearing all winter long, there’s nothing more pleasing than discussing the advantages of Utah’s slopes with clients from an office high above the champagne powder. What better way is there to introduce Park City’s greatest attributes than getting outside, whether it’s taking a client out for a casual slalom or a scenic hike through the wildflowers? For Liza, morning meetings often begin with a revitalizing run accented by the panoramic views on the way down, finishing up with shop talk and a hot beverage in a warm lodge.

From high school to college, Liza spent much of her time as a pastry chef, fine-tuning her baking skills with diligence and timing, and being flexible with the outcomes. As it turns out, she knows all the scrumptious secrets of the famed Deer Valley® Resort Bakery, learning her way around the kitchen from world-renowned chefs. A five-year diversion to the palm-tree-lined streets of Los Angeles led her to the study halls Loyola Marymount University and a stint as a Hollywood personal assistant at one of the most high-powered Public Relations firms in the US. But, Liza longed for her mountains… the appeal of sandals, beaches, and city life were fading into the background, being replaced with the allure of picturesque mountains, quiet desertscapes, and skiing in her backyard.

Back in Utah, with a degree and experience in hand, Liza poured time into fundraising for the U.S. Ski Team, completing a $60 million dollar capital campaign fundraiser for the Center of Excellence. She fostered the community and economic development programming for the Sundance Institute. And, recognized for her creativity and marketing expertise, Liza worked with developers of The Colony, a ski-in/ski-out luxury estate community, designing the homeowner’s entertainment yurt space and cultivating high-end outdoor experiences for their residents. She then spent the last eight years at Montage Residences Deer Valley® as their lead real estate sales agent, managing over $150 million in sales and directing marketing initiatives.

As a full-time realtor since 2009 and a passionate Utah native, there really isn’t anything that Liza doesn’t know about the local real estate market and lifestyle. She is recognized by everyone – clients, developers, vendors, and industry professionals – for her unique talents, creative drive, and diligence in assisting buyers and sellers in one of the most scenic and fulfilling places in the U.S. With her far-reaching network, the Sotheby’s International Realty brand’s reputation and global reach, Liza feels the opportunities for her clients are endless.

Liza loves calling Utah home with her firefighter husband, Paul, and their daughter Evie Rose and Goldendoodle, Winston. Beyond her real estate aspirations, Liza commits to activities and programs to support sustainability – from locally sourced food and using environmentally safe chemical-free products, to protecting Park City’s beautiful winters and outdoor spaces.

GREG STEPHENS

A PGA Golf Professional with over 20 years in the golf industry Greg brings a unique level of experience to Sotheby’s. Moving to Utah in 2005 Greg has spent the past 12 years working for high end private clubs around town including Victory Ranch where he spent 3 years as their Director of Golf. Prior to moving to Park City, Greg lived in Orlando, Florida where he worked for the world renowned Isleworth Country Club. Being a PGA professional specializing in high end private clubs, developing a passion for high end real estate was a natural progression. Finding himself around members, guests and prospects on a daily basis, real estate always seemed to come up in conversation. Whether it was talking about the current club he was with or the surrounding clubs, Greg always found himself trading stories with those who came out to play golf. Before he realized it, Greg found himself with a deep knowledge and understanding of all of the private clubs in the Park City area so this transition over to real estate made perfect sense.

Being a natural listener with a high attention to detail and the ability to offer a level of customer service second to none, Greg is able to serve both sellers as well as buyers with integrity and enthusiasm.

After moving to Park City in 2005 Greg quickly realized that he never wanted to leave, fast forward to today and that feeling still remains. Greg and his wife Randi love spending time outside, whether it’s skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golf or hiking with their 2 year old daughter, Sunny. This is home for them and that fact won’t change for years to come if they have anything to say about it.
